  • Olivier Chaduteau

    Co-founder & CEO
    Olivier has over 25 years of recognized expertise at the intersection of law, business strategy, and digital transformation. He holds a PhD in Economics on “The impact of digital innovation on the transformation of the legal market and corporate legal function.”

    He is a member of the “Artificial Intelligence” Committee of the Club des Juristes and a former Court-Appointed Expert to the Paris Court of Appeal on matters of corporate strategy and general policy. Olivier has served as a Reserve Commander, specialist seconded to the Chief of the Defence Staff of France (CEMA).

    After serving as Marketing and Business Development Director at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen, Olivier founded Day One and later became a partner at PwC Legal Business Solutions, leading the global Legal Department Consulting practice.
  • Jérôme Rusak

    Co-founder & COO
    Jérôme has over 20 years of experience in organizational and management consulting for legal, tax, and compliance departments, as well as law firms in France and internationally. He works on Target Operating Model design, audits, reorganizations, seminars, and training — notably on digital transformation and legal project management.

    He has developed specific expertise in digital transformation through the 200 legal and compliance departments he has supported across all industries, and through 300 benchmarks and market studies conducted on the legal market — notably creating a benchmark of nearly 700 legaltech companies.

    Jérôme was previously a partner at PwC Legal Business Services.
  • Laure Fauré

    Director
    Laure is a legal operations and digital transformation leader with hands-on experience helping legal departments and business units modernize the full contract lifecycle. She has guided RFPs for AI, CLM, knowledge management, and e-signature solutions; designed target operating models and legal risk maps; and led governance, PMO, and change-management programs.

    Drawing on an international legal background across France, China, and Mexico — and working fluently in English and Spanish — she bridges legal, business, and IT to deliver measurable outcomes in aerospace, luxury, retail, and telecom.

    Before joining DayTwo she was a Manager at PwC Legal Business Solutions, supervising more than a dozen CLM implementation projects. Earlier she was Project Director at a French LegalTech (SaaS CLM).

    Adrien has been part of the team for four years, working on audits of legal, IP, tax, and compliance functions, project management, RFP support, and CLM tool implementation in France and abroad.

    With a dual background in law and business, he grasps both legal issues and those of internal clients — and anticipates the future challenges facing legal departments, during audits and in project management alike.
